NASA Apollo era artifact acrylic with unflown (spare) Kapton foil artifact - 10x10cm (4x4''). 

Acrylic is 1cm thick (0,4'')

The attached artifact came from an auction and with authentic paperwork.

The artifact is attached to the acrylic from behind (not encapsuled). We strongly recommend not to try to remove the artifact.
